Directions

  1. Mark step 1 done

Add the Rolled oats (180g), ripe bananas (2), Milk (2dl), eggs (2), Baking powder (10ml), Vanilla extract (5ml), Ground cinnamon (2.5ml), and Salt (1ml) to a blender. Blend on high until the batter is completely smooth, about 1 minute. Let the batter rest in the blender for 5 minutes as the Rolled oats (180g) absorb the liquid.

  2. Mark step 2 done

Heat a large non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Add a small portion of the Unsalted butter (15ml) and let it melt to coat the cooking surface.

  3. Mark step 3 done

Pour the batter onto the warm skillet to form medium-sized pancakes. Cook until bubbles begin to form on the surface and the edges look set, about 2 minutes to 3 minutes. Flip the pancakes and cook for another 1 minute to 2 min until golden brown and cooked through.

  4. Mark step 4 done

Transfer the cooked pancakes to a warm plate and repeat the cooking process with the remaining batter, adding more Unsalted butter (15ml) to the pan as needed. Serve warm.
