Savory Peanut Stir-Fry Sauce

• 60g creamy peanut butter
• 45ml soy sauce
• 15ml rice vinegar
• 15ml maple syrup
• 5ml toasted sesame oil
• 10g fresh ginger (grated)
• 2 cloves garlic
• 30ml water
• 1g red pepper flakes

   Mince the garlic and finely grate the fresh ginger.

   In a medium bowl, whisk together the creamy peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, maple syrup, and toasted sesame oil until smooth.

   Stir in the garlic, fresh ginger, and red pepper flakes.

   Whisk in the water one splash at a time until the sauce reaches a pourable consistency.

   Add the sauce to your stir-fry during the last 2 minutes of cooking, tossing well to coat the vegetables until the sauce is warmed through and glossy.
