Bring your recipes home.
The recipes you screenshot, bookmark, and scribble down get one home: a library you can search, plan from, shop from, and cook from.
Free to start. No card needed.

Paste a link, keep the recipe
Drop in a recipe page or an Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or YouTube post. Daily Simmer turns it into a clean recipe: title, ingredients, steps, servings, and timing, with a photo and the place it came from.

Bring them in from anywhere
- Recipe websites
- The recipe, without the scroll.
- Social posts
- Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, straight from the link.
- Photos
- Handwritten cards and cookbook pages, read into a recipe you can edit.
- Other recipe apps
- Bring your recipes over from Paprika, CookBook, Flavorish, Mr. Cook, or Recipe Keeper, photos included.

Cook it your way
Ask Simmer, your AI sous chef, for two servings instead of four, a dairy-free swap, or a clearer method. You see the change before it saves, and the original stays exactly as it was.
- Every change is shown side by side before it lands.
- Want a vegetarian version? Remix it: a linked copy that is yours to change, with the original untouched.
- Start from an idea, a craving, or whatever is in the fridge.
The recipes you actually cook, in one place
Weeknights, holidays, the dishes everyone asks for: file them into collections, see what you cooked last, and find any recipe by name or ingredient in a second.
- Collections
- Group recipes the way you cook, and share a collection with the people who need it.
- Cook history
- Every recipe remembers when you last made it and how often.
- Sharing
- Send one recipe with a link, or open a collection to friends and family.
- Search and filters
- Find it by ingredient, name, or what still needs a photo.

Questions, answered
What can I add to my library?
Recipe websites, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube posts, photos of handwritten or printed recipes, recipes you write yourself, and recipes Simmer helps you create from an idea.
Can I bring my recipes from another app?
Yes. Export a backup from the app you use now and upload it to the import wizard. It shows you what it found, brings each recipe across with its photo, and leaves the app you left untouched. See which apps it works with.
What does Free include?
Up to 25 recipes, imports from recipe websites, 5 social-post imports a month, planning, shopping lists, and cooking mode. Free also includes weekly AI help. No card needed.
Will a recipe change without my approval?
No. When Simmer proposes a change you see the before and after first. Keep it, ask for something different, or discard it. When you want a second version, say a vegetarian take on a family favourite, make a Remix: a linked copy that is yours to change while the original stays exactly as it was.
Where can I use it?
In any modern browser on your desktop, tablet, and phone. Cooking mode and shopping lists are built for the counter and the aisle.
Do I keep control of my recipes?
Yes. Export everything as a restorable archive or portable recipe JSON from Settings whenever you like, and delete anything for good. Our privacy policy explains what we store and why.
